No complaints - a very good keyboard to start out with.

Casio CTK-3000 Premium Pack with Power Supply, Keyboard Stand and Professional Closed Cup Stereo Headphones
For beginners like me, this package (keyboard + microphone + stand + power supply) was perfect. An experienced friend advised me to opt for a touch screen keyboard, but it's the right way to proceed. You can probably find a smaller keyboard, which has no reaction to touch, but it would sound very good, and want to upgrade fast enough. There are alternative sounds, which are rarely used other gaffes in which the whole, and a large number of rhythm tracks and other digital effects, does not need, but they are there and working poor.

I've also not experimented with the USB, MP3 or MIDI I/O functions, as mine didn't seem to come with any connectors for those. The irony is, I would think people who need that stuff would probably also get a fancier keyboard, but who knows...

This keyboard has some built in "education" functions, which are kind of fun and very patient to help, but are more focused on novice, as it helps to read all the fingers on your hands and play along with the accompaniment. It 's interesting when you're stuck in a song, accompanying stop and wait for you, and the voice says that the number of fingers used (thumb "One" =, etc.). When you press the right button, the song goes with you. It does not do much to help you read music, I think, but it would be a lot of questions. The digital display shows the correct key lesson (s) to press a key diagram which finger (s) to be used in the schematic page, and in fact account (s) on staff, but the staff is very small small and not very useful to learn how to translate the comments the piano key. You'll want to try this level of education elsewhere.

It would be better to have a set that pedal, but this omission was not a problem at this early stage. This can be purchased individually if desired. I highly recommend this as a keyboard. And do not count on it as a source of information for a user. At least, ask for the "For Dummies" book or something like that, I started to read music.
